MEDICATION REFILL

 

Medication Refill Policies

  1. Request for medication refills of medications received during regular business hours (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) made BEFORE 3:00pm, will be ready for pick-up that day. No prescription refills on Saturday - Tuesday and Holidays.

  2. Requests made after regular business hours will be ready on the next day our office is open.

  3. We charge a $5 shipping fee for all medications mailed to your home.

  4. Plan ahead:

  1. You should contact us at least three (3) days before your medication is due to run out. If you would like your medication mailed, please anticipate that it will take 2-3 days for it to arrive.

  2. Please be aware that before we may refill your script, we must review your animal's record, verify dosages and refill eligibility.

  3. If your animal is due for an appointment with us, a follow-up visit may need to be scheduled in order to refill the medication.
